ATS keywords for a hr manager resume
The most important ATS keywords for an HR manager resume are talent-lifecycle terms (talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, succession planning), compliance and total-rewards vocabulary (labor law compliance, benefits administration, compensation), the HRIS systems you've run (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR), and certifications recruiters filter on — SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR.
HR recruiters — screening one of their own — filter on system names and certifications first, because those are binary. The differentiating layer is people-metrics evidence: attrition delta, time-to-fill, engagement scores, headcount supported. "Cut regretted attrition from 18% to 11% across a 400-person org" is the bullet shape that survives. Name the employment-law areas you actually handled.
